A non-refundable deposit of £100 by UK cheque enclosed with Booking Form is required to secure your booking. The balance payment is due not less than 8 weeks prior your arrival date together with a separate refundable security deposit cheque for £150 to cover any damage/breakage and/or extra cleaning required deemed necessary to put the holiday accommodation back to an acceptable condition.

Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you by e-mail or by post within 2 weeks of receiving your deposit. The balance payment must be received in full 8 weeks prior the booked start date.

Late bookings and weekends can be arranged at the owner's discretion. Long lets can also be negotiated from October - March.

As an additional facility should you require us to shop for essentials prior your arrival you can e-mail us your shopping list about one week before your due date of arrival and reimburse us on the day you arrive.
