A non-refundable deposit of £100 by UK cheque enclosed with Booking Form is required to secure your booking. Also a separate refundable security deposit cheque for £100 will be payable together with the full balance payment to cover any breakage/damages/loss of any items during your stay and for any extra cleaning deemed necessary to put the holiday accommodation back to an acceptable condition.

Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you by e-mail or by post within 2 weeks of receiving your deposit. The balance payment must be received in full 8 weeks prior the booked start date.

Late bookings and weekends can be arranged at the owner's discretion. Long lets can also be negotiated from October - March.

As an additional facility should you require us to shop for essentials prior your arrival you can e-mail us your shopping list about one week before your due date of arrival and reimburse us on the day you arrive.
